For over 35 years, Family Allies of Marin has worked to prevent and end family homelessness in Marin County. As the only provider in the county focused exclusively on families, we offer practical help—from rent assistance to car repairs—so a setback doesn’t become a crisis.

If you live in Marin County and have at least 50% custody of a child under 18, you may qualify for help with rent and other costs.

Our Mission

Since 1989, Family Allies of Marin has led efforts to prevent and end family homelessness in Marin County.

Family Allies of Marin provides subsidies for rental assistance, security deposits, utility payments, food and auto repair. Our grassroots approach ensures resources flow directly to families and are tailored to their unique needs.
